The Gremlins

It occurred to me tonight that we have the ability to tinker with the base code of the boards. Shocking, I know.
It also occurred to me tonight that something we might be able to do is create a user and program it so that every IP that ever hits this site is associated with that account.
What this would mean is that even we, The Great Gremlins, would not be able to tell which one of us was using that account at any given time as all queries made on it would return a hit of everyone's IP address, including our own.
In this way, we can create an account that absolutely no one could tell who was using it.
We could then share that account as a community. We could use it to make posts, blog entries, leave comments and so on, and none of us would ever be able to tell which one of us did it.
This of course would require other modifications, like we'd have to take that account's ability to edit and delete things away just so no one got in there and deleted all the previous stuff.
But it would be a communal account to which no one person could ever be tied, to use as we all see fit at any time, in any way.
If there's something one of us really wants to say that's overly personal, overly blunt, just plain unpopular, or totally fucked up, we could use that account to do it.
We could even restrict it so that it didn't have a blog, but had it's very own forum that it could post in (and no one else) and call it the Confessional. All posts by that account would have to be posted in that one area, so as to limit the ass-hattery.
This of course would take time to build because it would require a lot of custom work. It would be a lot of effort. So before we build it, we want to know if any of you would like to use it.
The poll attached will not display who voted for what. It will only tabulate the total votes. This poll will run for 7 days and then close.
