If you feel strongly about an infraction system, make your case for it.
I was thinking something along the lines of an interactive game that the all the members could compete in. Whether it be a browser-based game of sorts, or an arcade, I think that would provide a good reason to keep coming back here.

May be made fun of for it, but I suggest an E/N type area. Maybe more structured and strict if we could, but this is a forum. 9 out of 10 people here have troubles with women, or trouble with life in general.
Just my suggestion though, and I'm not a member of SA but have lurked for a good 2-3 years.

I'd link you to my own arcade, but it's not available to guests. The point to prove if you were to visit the arcade though is the trophy system that shows who's the best at what game, and who has the most awards overall.

A browser-based game is not the same thing as an arcade that would be hosted here. Browser games are far more elaborate and pretty much require dedicated sites and servers.
Also, CyberNations is the single most broke-dick game run by the absolutely most unprofessional people I've ever seen in the gaming industry.

A browser-based game would be cool though. This is a project we might begin working on. It would take a while so don't get too anxious, but it's certainly something we'd like to do.

I will take what Ocelot says and expand on it.
We don't JUST need picture signatures - we need drills installed on the back of our heads, drills that probe just a little deeper each time we scroll a page downward, and wiggles around a bit each time we close a window.
