Hey guys, Total N00b here... So I want to kinda start a newb thread.

So, Zombie Apocalypse accidentally's the Earth. What do you do? Where do you go? What is your weapon of choice?

I suggest giving two answers, one for the slow stupid zombies and the other for the fast, "Holy $#!T GUISE!!! They can open doors!!!" zombies.

My answers would be:
(Slow) Find a car and a random person(preforably a badass girl or a guy that isn't a complete doucher and could handle his own, no friends though because I couldn't watch them die), Head to a mall or superstore(like Walmart or something), Stick it out for a few days in there, grab supplies and bolt to another place. My weapon would be anything I could find, a baseballbat or the occasional pistol from a gun shop.

(Fast) Find a truck and have nobody with me this time because they would just slow me down. I would head to a port city or a peninsula-esque area where my back is protected. I would survive off of the nearest town's/city's stores and water supply. Move along the coast constantly watching inland and keeping the guns loaded that I had found in the town/city gunstore. Gas cans would keep the truck fueled and every other two days I would fill them up in the town/city.

If I posted in the wrong place or something then tell me and I won't eff up again.

Slow: Take my SUV and my many guns to the mountains of PA (if this would be further in the future, then the mountains of probably Utah, or Colorado) to my emergency house/estate with my supplies of food, energy, and ammunition. And wait it out.

Fast: Attempt to make it to the closest harbour with my guns and SUV, and attempt to gain control of a house-boat or yacht, hoping that the owner won't notice, then set to sea with at least a year's worth of everything, then occasionally come back if you must for food and supplies. Don't forget to check the boat for zombies before departing.

Slow: Get the Guide, First go to big five and take out any zeds there with a knife then proceed to taking as many guns as I can with a small group of people (4-8) and head to my high school that is gated with 10ft high metal gates with a sewer around it and camp out and slowly start recruiting survivors and cleaning out the city.

Fast: Survive as much as I can an always have a vehicle with me, and when things run out see if maybe I can find a grenade belt and take some zeds out with me.

Scenerio 2;

There are other people that are running around loving the Anarchy at the place you found refuge. What do?

Take the place you went in your last post(if you posted) and think about the possibilities of survival in that place now.

My slow area would be packed with people like that because malls tend to have that happen in movies and games about zombies. I would avoid them as much as possible or try to co-exist and group up possibly? if their not fucktarded then i might be able. it would mean less supplies for me though... i might bolt as soon as i get what i need...

The fast area is a bit easier though... I'd have no time to fuck with them so a boat or something similar would protect me as i alert the zombies by setting off grenades or something loud like fireworks. As their freaking the hell out, i pick off a few if i have a rifle or carbine and try to stay as hidden as i can... (this is night by the way) The zombies would then come in mass numbers hopefully and i would watch as they get what they fucking deserve... (I'm imagining the convicts from Dead Rising by the way... its the image i first thought of and stuck with it to base my arguement on)

SLOW- I'd get on top of a mountain with my friends armed to the teeth with ammo, food, and any other supplies. Because these zombies are to retarded to climb. But I live in Kansas, so that idea is pretty much fucked.

But not entirely, the Kansas countryside has lots of big hills sourrounded by nothing but just open fields. So if we set up shop right on top of one of those, we should be set. As long as we had said supplies and a van to make escapes/supply runs. In the end we wouldn't really have a need to fight many zombies, as there is literally NOTHING in the Kansas countryside. So there shouldn't be many threats as long as we stay away from the Highways. We should be safe until rescue.

Fast - I would probably use the same strategy but fortify our hill MUCH more. But really we should be able to be safe. As again, we'd see more cows than anything. And with all of the airbases in Kansas, rescue should be quick.

In the case of a zombie apocalypse, I have a plan:

First, get my dad's .22 and 12 gauge out, then hop into the car with him and whoever of my family is still alive and drive to Tibos (local gun shop) where I'd find a nice rifle in a light yet effective caliber and plenty of ammo. Then I'd collect food, and find a nice place to hole up, take some shots at zombies, and wait it out.

Would someone clue an old man in on what the "accidentally" thing is all about?

A few posts recently have included phrases that contained the word "accidentally" but failed to add the verb that normally follows. Normally I would dismiss this as someone posting while liquored up, but I've noticed a trend.
