How come I can't seem to open .JPG files any more?

They load onto my browser just fine if I go to them, but they won't simply open in the picture viewer any more. Is this a Vista thing or what?

Example:

Click here (eternalkeep.com/public/cliff.JPG) and this image should show up:

http://www.eternalkeep.com/public/cliff.JPG

But when I save it to my computer I can't seem to open the damned thing. What gives?

Okay, apparently only WinSCP has trouble opening this. Must be a bug. That's not very convenient...

Because you posted attachments. You have to host then embed for them to come out big.
